M-K-T is a trail-oriented mixed-use project built in one of Houston's most coveted neighborhoods, The Heights.

Designed by the Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and Method Architecture as Architect of Record, M-K-T welcomes inspiring retail, food, and leisure offerings to join us in transporting visitors to the beating heart of Houston's urban renaissance.

The outdoor plaza – situated between buildings three and five – provides picnic tables, stadium seating, and plenty of space to mingle or get work done outside the office walls. The Amenity Lounge inside building three includes a cafe, fast wifi, and multiple food options.
